Bio: Jeff Eagle was a writer for hire for the action/thriller screenplay, ZERO TOLERANCE, for Piccadilly Pictures (Darryl F. Azzopardi, producer). His comedy, MORTAL TENDENCIES was optioned to Stock Grange Productions (Jessica Rains & Gus Trikonis, producers, Gus Trikonis, director). His auto-biographical comedy, FADE TO BLUE, offer from Mad Mack Productions (Don Most, director/producer.
His dramedy, THE COUNT OF MONTE CEITO was a winner at the Telluride IndieFest. “Slapshot,” a memoir of his skating audition for George Roy Hill’s film, “SLAPSHOT,” won 1st place at The Palm Springs Writers Guild Awards. He was a staff writer for the feminist sketch comedy pilot, FEM-TV and attended NYU Film School and the Hollywood Scriptwriting Institute. He is a Scriptwriting U — Pro-Series Alumnus. In addition, he studied comedy writing with Jerry Paris and improv with The Groundlings.
